Authentic Faith:
Authentic relationship with God and with each other. We do this by investing in people above program. The team at Sweet Tea Church is not motivated by numbers, but rather seek depth, maturity and transparency in relationships. We realize that everyone (including us) has real struggles, failures and obstacles in life. We are interested in entering into the messiness of life with one another to see how the living Christ will transform each of us into His likeness as we passionately pursue Him together!

Authentic Worship:
It is our desire that each individual has opportunity for organic and spontaneous expressions of adoration and worship of God. The team at Sweet Tea Church has no interest in “performing” or creating an “entertainment” experience that is canned or packaged. If you want real, authentic, imperfect worship – we might be a fit for you.

Authentic Community:
We are not (and probably will never be) a mega-church. We are best described as a boutique church (meeting out of our home) that is reminiscent of the early church described by Luke in Acts chapter 2 & chapter 4. We do worship, fellowship and study together “family style” where kids are welcome to participate and judgement is checked at the door!
